This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use. Terms used in this Privacy Policy that have been previously defined will have the same meanings as provided in our Terms of Use.

The Quanogen Platform is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older, and we require all users to enter their date of birth for this reason, before they can use the app. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
To provide our services, we must process information about you that will allow us to provide you with relevant personalization and allow you to take full advantage of the personalization tools available throughout the Quanogen Platform.
When you access or use the Quanogen Platform, we collect the following types of information:
Account InformationWe collect the information you provide when you create your account, including, but not limited to: your name and contact data (such as your e-mail address), your login and demographic data (such as your date of birth).
Information we receive from your use of the Quanogen PlatformWe collect the information you may choose to provide while using Quanogen, such as the information you provide in the skin assessment quiz, the photos you add to your account through the Quanogen Platform, the product feedback you provide and any information you provide when you contact us.
When you access or use the Quanogen Platform, we receive certain usage data, such as when you login into your account, when you view or search content in the Quanogen app, or when you select favorite products.
We or our service providers may automatically collect certain information from your device through which you access the Quanogen Platform. This information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, your language preferences, your phone number or other unique device identifiers, the IP address of your device, the manufacturer, model and operating system of your device, the name and version of Quanogen you are using, information regarding your browser, pages visited, location (if you granted us permission to do so) and other information that allows us to personalize the Quanogen Platform. We or our service providers may also collect information about how you interact with the Quanogen Platform and any of our websites to which the Quanogen Platform links or third-party websites/applications that link you to the Quanogen Platform, such as how many times you use a specific part of the Quanogen Platform, the amount of time you spend using the Quanogen Platform, how often you use it, actions you take in it and how you engage with it.
We may also use certain technologies to automatically collect information about your activities on the Quanogen Platform, such as cookies, pixel tags, analytical tags, geo-location technologies and web server logs. We also work with third party analytics companies, such as Google Analytics, so we can understand how people find and interact with the Quanogen Platform and use these trends reports to further improve our services.
We use the information we collect to provide and support the Quanogen Platform, as well as improve it, research and develop new features, with the ultimate goal of providing better services to our users.
We may use the information we collect for a number of purposes, such as: delivering our services; verifying your identity and administering your Account; communicating with you about the Quanogen Platform or your use of it, and sending you communications on behalf of Quanogen and our partners; providing customer support; protecting against errors and troubleshoot; improving our data analysis algorithms, including but not limited to our personalized product analysis algorithm, in order to better serve your needs and provide you with more accurate results; providing you with a customized experience, that’s both relevant and interesting to you; detecting, preventing, investigating and responding to violations of our Terms of Use, or other misuse of the Quanogen Platform; performing data analysis and testing; providing certain marketing communications or promotional materials relating to the Quanogen Platform that may be of interest to you; conducting research and surveys; providing personalized services to you including recommendations, personalized content and ads based on your preferences and personal profile; understanding how you interact with the Quanogen Platform and any of our websites to which the Quanogen Platform links or third party websites that link you to the Quanogen Platform; and developing new features for the Quanogen Platform.
